You always have been, and always will be, my inspiration........to write music, to play.......to have the chance to give back the happiness that you have given me. Thank you. Cheers!!! A BIG Thank You to my friend and sponsor Mr. John Diggins of Jaydee Custom Guitars, who also made my Jaydee Bass so lovingly and perfectly!!! Kitty Armstrong (with Mark King in October '08)
Bass guitar, keyboards & vocals. (Also has a set of Pearl Drums set up in her home!)

Quote: 'I play to make other people happy, and perhaps they'll find the same peace I did.'

Kitty has by far the longest time frame of experience with Level 42 music; about 20 years, if not more. This is by far not the first time she has played Level 42's or Mark King's music before in a band! Having started playing music in school at the age of 15, (violin and "standup" bass were her majors in music, thanks to her father) she soon discovered the electric bass guitar and was hooked, and has quietly mastered the magic of the thumb slap since then. Success first arrived finally in THAT department in 1987!

Life got in the way as it happens, but she never lost the "hang" of playing, nor her love of their music, and she has now been convinced by myself and others to do something about it again! Definitely our gain, and we couldn't be more pleased! She has never refused a request to play, and gives freely of her time when she can.

This web site is being updated daily, but do check back often, as more information and pictures will be coming soon. This is a work in progress! Thanks for stopping by!
